The patio / lanai, accessible from the dining area, is equipped with 10 chairs to accommodate a good number of visitors and borders directly on the pool (with separate whirlpool). The house has a solar-powered heating and a garage for one car. The docks and piers between Villa Erica and Villa Jennifer have been rebuilt in 2006. With its inviting seats surrounded by stylish lamps you will find a nice place with view onto the Kanal. Towards the Kanal the whole area is protected by illuminated posts and reeling ropes.
