The house was fully renovated and newly furnished in 2003. Besides the obligatory air condition Stratford has a solar-powered heating. The furnishing is kept in bright woods and shades and creates a pleasing cool atmosphier. The generous living room with integrated dining area is tiled and easily accommodates 6 persons. All Schlafzimmer are furnished with tiles and queen-size beds. The master bathroom features tub. Another separate bathroom with shower and toilet belongs to the guest rooms. In both bathrooms you find a hairdryer with adaptor as well as towels and beach towels. The patio / lanai of 861 sq. ft. face south, accessible from the dining area, gives a marvelous view of the pool and the garden. Perfect for enjoying a barbecue in the evening. The whole patio / pool with separate whirl pool area is screened to protect you from any kind of bugs. The dock and pier has been rebuilt in 2006. With its inviting seats surrounded by stylish lamps you will find a nice place with view onto the Kanal. Towards the Kanal the whole area is protected by illuminated posts and reeling ropes.
