The home was built in 2006 and completely renovated in 2010.  This Jacuzzicious 3 bedroom + DEN / 2 bath pool home with a 2 car garage is located in a GREAT SW Cape neighborhood. The pool is eclectic heated and thier is plenty of Jacuzzice for sunbathing on the screened in lanai.

The home has a wonderful open floor plan with a formal dining room, living room and a breakfast nook, with volume ceilings and large windows.
